Shipping & Returns
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Chrome Care Labs currently offers the following standard shipping rates for U.S. orders:
· Orders under $75: $7.95 flat-rate standard shipping.
· Orders of $75 or more: FREE standard shipping.
The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
Delivery Times & Tracking
Once an order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Tracking information will be sent when the order is on the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating after the carrier accepts the package.
Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. Chrome Care Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting an order.
We will do our best to help with address changes before an order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost to resend the order.
Lost, Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your package is damaged, leaking, missing an item, or contains an incorrect product, contact Chrome Care Labs within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please provide:
· Your order number.
· Clear photos of the affected product.
· Photos of the shipping box and packaging, when applicable.
· A brief description of what happened.
After review, Chrome Care Labs may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
